ProData Systems, Laser Division

ProData Systems, located in Birmingham, Alabama was established in 1990, to service the internal network infrastructure needs of those facilities transitioning into the PACS, Soft Copy read environment. As a senior Imaging Tech and In-House Service manager I had the unique opportunity to ‘see' what was coming in the Diagnostic Imaging world and the ‘means' to take advantage of it! At the same time the responsibility for training and the support of the facility's 18 lasers (ran bare – no contracts) enabled me to be schooled up and experienced in that unique modality. In 2003 I formed the sub-division of ProData Systems entitled "Laser Division" and today support numerous medical facilities throughout the South East, while continuing to expand our customer base north and up the East coast. Today, having more then 35 years experience in the management and maintenance of a medical facility's equipment inventory, as well as the business management mindset of a support orginazation servicing multiple medical facilities, I bring to the table a clear understanding of both sides: the management of and the actual servicing of your equipment inventory. My reason for desiring to become a member of this group is therefore twofold, (1) To provide you with an independent, non-biased, professional feedback concerning your Laser related needs and questions. As a member of a national association of Laser Support (2nd Source) agencies, I can offer all of you resources for technical support, parts and refurbished Laser systems – none of which you will be required to purchase from my organization.
