Profero is a Boston, MA-based medical diagnostic company that specializes in using a gram stain test to look for Neisseria gonorrhoeae. The company's lead product, Profero GT, is designed to detect gonorrhea rapidly at home, without compromising the accuracy of a doctor's opinion.
