RAD+OC

The RAD+OC is a rapid automatic medical device that aims at increasing outbreak control, through early pre-diagnosis. This tool can assess and calculate the possibility of a respiratory infection among users. The RAD-OC will give a preliminary diagnosis that can be used to allow safe travel, preventing border closure. The device will generate a result taking into consideration different factors of each individual. The results can assess if the user needs to take further measurements or not. RAD+OC can decrease the social and economical loss of border closure by increasing the information on contagious diseases. Similarly, it can reduce health-care centers overcrowdedness making diagnostics more efficient, safe and cost-effective.
