An AI-powered SaaS solution that automatically generates personalized 3D patient models from medical imaging data, providing precise visualization of nerves. 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗼, developed with medical and scientific experts, revolutionizes surgical planning and precision. The start-up builds on eight years of research conducted by the IMAG2 lab, under the direction of Prof. Sabine Sarnacki and Prof. Isabelle Bloch, and will also benefit from the technical knowledge of Prof. Pietro Gori and managerial expertise of Prof. Jean-Pascal Foucault. 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗼 combines deep learning-AI segmentation for anatomical 3D modeling from standard MRI with the exclusively licensed 𝘝𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘴 technology (Pat. Pend.) for the reconstruction and recognition of peripheral nervous system in the pelvic area via tractography and symbolic AI with fuzzy semantics from diffusion MRI. The service is under clinical trials and can be requested as Research Use Only (RUO) product at the moment.
