Restore Medical Holdings, LLC was formed specifically for the purpose of addressing North and Latin American PPE markets. We source, finance and import all categories of PPE including nitrile surgical, exam and chemotherapy-rated gloves, all grades of masks, gowns and sanitizers as well as Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Test kits and other related products. For the purposes of diligence and QC we maintain offices in Hong Kong through which the great majority of our products are first vetted then sourced. We manage a logistics team that ensures chain of custody of our supplies from their factory origins to our central warehousing facility in the Los Angeles area. Through our holding company, Fair Chase Capital, LLC, we own and/or control multiple distribution channels including direct to consumer web-sales, multi-tiered distributorship networks as well as a direct inside sales group. Additionally, we qualify as a vendor to state and federal agencies with special privileges afforded to us under our Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise designation for which we maintain a robust tender and bid administration capability. Our objective is to build a business with long term enterprise value in the medical supply market in North America by creating a brand of high quality disposable medical equipment and devices and distributing them through top-tier wholesale and retail partners in North America.
