A pioneer in the Personal Emergency Response Services industry (PERS) with more than 20 years in the security business, Russ started SafetyWatch in 2006 to deliver personal emergency monitoring and home medical alarm services to older adults with medical ailments or conditions who wish to continue living at home independently.
Before founding SafetyWatch, Russ served as Regional Director of Marketing for ResponseLink, where he led the marketing activities for the Tampa Bay region. Prior to that, Russ served as a sales associate for ADT and Brink’s Home Security where he was responsible for strategic planning, brand identity, new product launches, sales, marketing communications, and customer retention.
