SIACHAW is specialized in manufacturing of disposable syringes and intravenous infusion kits and own two (2) COVID labs. We import and market medicines & medical equipment for hospitals, clinics and Government. We are the exclusive sole distributor of various global brands and are encompassing many more. SIACHAW is adding more feathers in healthcare manufacturing sector in the near future. SMC has setup a fully automated Syringe Manufacturing Plant. The Plant has fully automatic and modern injection moulding and assembly machines driven by AI. Robotic based automatic equipment are specially designed and developed for the medical device industry. These machines organically assembles the needle, barrel, plunger and rubber gasket of the syringe. This machine adopts rotary drum wheel type spinning movement, the whole process of syringe assembly is automated, touch screen operation panel, electronic counting of finished products, high efficiency, simple operation, stable operation and no noise, meeting the requirements of high purification space. The products are complaint and certified by European CE marking.
