Considered 4th Largest Nuclear Imaging company by market share (15% worldwide) in 1994. Merged with Summit Nuclear in Cleveland, OH in 1995. HQ moved to Twinsburg, OH with 20% worldwide market share. In 2000, GE Healthcare aquired SMV.
