Société Nouvelle Mikroland a été créé en 2008 pour reprendre l'activité chirurgie mini invasive de Mikroland. Le siège social et les ateliers se trouve à Nogent en Haute Marne, région connue pour la fabrication de ses instruments chirurgicaux. Après l'acquisition de la division Endobloc de Geyser, Société Nouvelle Mikroland a commercialisé un gamme complète d'instruments pour la chirurgie mini invasive. Since 2013, Société Nouvelle Mikroland has been marketing and offering services for general surgery instruments and sterilization containers.
