SPC provides service from 12 locations across Alabama and Mississippi, including our corporate office in Birmingham, AL. Southern Patient Care provides excellent service for hospice agencies and qualifying insurance providers. Our offices are open Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, and our on call service provides an equipment specialist during weekends and after hours.
