Stabilo Medical is developing a wearable device aimed at improving the rate and quality of stroke rehabilitation. Our vision is to provide stroke patients with a way to safely and properly exercise independently, to compliment the limited time spent with their therapy team. A stroke is often completely debilitating and changes the trajectory of someone's life. It is one of the leading causes for disability and death worldwide, and is becoming more prominent due to an aging worldwide demographic. Stabilo Medical hopes to positively impact the futures of patients who have suffered a stroke by improving recovery. Our current product is a device that can be worn like a vest and focuses on core recovery and building trunk control.
