Located in historic St. Augustine, FL, Superior Surface was created to fill the gap left by larger surface finishing companies that either do not have the capability or interest to provide these services to customers requiring small runs, complex geometry and fast turn-arounds. Superior Surface specializes in small and precision parts, with no minimum quantity. Superior Surface provides electropolishing, passivation, metal pickling and anodizing services for industries where ultraclean surfaces, process capability, dimensional stability and attention to detail are critical factors in the application of the component. We specialize in small & complex geometries with parts fabricated from stainless steel 18-8, 300 and 400 series, titanium & titanium alloys including Nickel-Titanium (NiTi) and Ti6Al4V, Ti-Au, Cobalt-Chrome as well as others.
