For over 20 years, TEi-Dental has been manufacturing high precision dental components for Germany's leading dental technology company. This partnership has given us access to launch our own highly innovative, designer ACE dental units powered with a patented pneumatic automation drive system, a unique integrated valve system free of cumbersome electronics. Most of the high precision spares & parts are made in-house in our manufacturing unit in Germany with highly versatile medical-grade engineering polymers, with low friction and wear, very high tensile strength & resistance to repeated impacts, long-term fatigue endurance, wide end-use temperature range. All dental tubing in our units & other equipment's are extruded at our facility in Germany from medical grade elastomer, customized to country specific temperatures & environment. We can proudly say that these are the one of the best in the world, tested by the DVGW (German technical & scientific association for gas & water) certified under worksheet W270 & KTW (Plastics in drinking water regulation) & CE compliant (Medical devices directive 93/42/EEC). The Technodent product line continues to evolve with our highly innovative ideas with minimal functional complexities, ergonomic and smart designs to help doctors reclaim their health and help create their dream operatory.
