TYLT Medical is a medical device start up looking to reduce the occurrence of pressure injuries through the use of products that assist healthcare providers in turning patients. Currently, to prevent and heal pressure injuries, nurses must manually adjust the patients’ position every 2 hours. TYLT Medical reduces the load on healthcare providers during this process, decreasing the likelihood of workplace injuries while still providing the same standard of care to the patient.
