Veina is dedicated to reducing hemolysis in the ED and unlocking the true value in each blood sample. Our team has a range of specialties in biomedical and mechanical engineering, including medical devices, tissue engineering and manufacturing. We are designing a novel blood-draw device to address hemolysis by optimizing flow dynamics and minimizing red blood cell shearing, all while integrating into existing ER workflows.
