A contract manufacturing company providing a solution to design, engineering, regulatory, manufacturing and clean room assembly to medical and surgical device and instrument manufacturers. The company has a ISO 9001 2000 and ISO 13485 certified plant in Santa Clara and also in China with same certification. Currently another plant in Singapore is under construction. Venture has worked with a several of major device companies to show a substantial cost reduction on their cost of manufacturing, utilizing the clean room assembly line in overseas and also out sourcing components from a local suppliers in China, Taiwan and Singapore. Venture currently has a joint venture in state and overseas with injection molding, metal and ceramic injection molding, medical plastic extrusion, and stent and laser cutting companies.
