Vitalis is aiming to make visit's to a doctor more seamless and its efficient with its remote health monitoring device. In strained healthcare systems, it is important to effectively manage resources and Vitalis has identified the strain repetitive clinical visits has on both the patient and doctor. At Vitalis, we are creating a medical device that is capable of monitoring patient vital's including pulse rate, body temperature, blood oxygen levels, and respiratory rate. The data is wirelessly uploaded to the online interface accessible by the clinic side where doctors are able to monitor their patient's 24/7 and receive notifications from the AI system if it recognizes an irregularity or a problem. The doctor is able to chat with the patient's over IM, voice or video calls eliminating the need for patient's to come in the clinic and wait for extended period's of time while keeping the doctor's schedule flexible. On the patient's side of the interface, they are able to view their current vital's and performance history so they can focus on improving their health, whether it be exercising or changing their diets. They can also communicate with their doctor instantly, through IM, voice or video calls. Since the data is being uploaded wirelessly, patients are always a click away from their doctor no matter their location. At Vitalis, we aim to increase the wellbeing of patient's by reducing the number of physical visits required and improving the access to doctors at any time.
