YHY is principally involved in the R&D of innovative and affordable home-use consumer healthcare devices, which it pairs with in-house developed mobile phone applications. AI, cloud technology, big data analytics and e-commerce are integrated to build the entire YHY medtech ecosystem and provide the back-end technology to support the Group's core businesses. Patients or subscribers can use YHY's devices, or receive treatments, remotely in the comfort of their homes. The Group's R&D activities are carried out in Taiwan while production is outsourced to OEMs in China and Taiwan, but YHY intends to establish its own assembly plant as part of the medium-term growth plan. The core and revolutionary products of YHY are all non-invasive and can be broadly categorised into Fertility and Wellness Monitoring. The complete suite of YHY's healthcare devices, with their respective mobile phone apps, covers the entire human life cycle, from pre-conception to the golden years, and are focused on tackling major healthcare and social issues, including infertility, obesity, chronic diseases and ageing. Patients or subscribers can use YHY's products to detect ovulation (a revolutionary, saliva-based, AI-driven, consumables-free, smart ovulation tester with >95% accuracy), analyse semen (and ease men's ego and fear of embarrassment which could otherwise arise from the conventional sperm tests done at fertility clinics or hospitals), monitor body temperature for 24 hours using YHY's Bluetooth thermometer patch (a timely product in view of the current Coronavirus scare), treat and monitor health conditions remotely and smartly (YHY's smart home-use health screening devices are particularly useful for stay-home patients and its telemedicine partners and its electro-therapy patches, for bed-ridden patients and old folks for the purpose of muscle toning and pain management, as well as prevention of muscle atrophy).
