Custom cut-to-length with tolerance specs of +/-.005", deburring and ultrasonic cleaning included with each quote. We cater to, but are not limited to, the Medical Device Industry, University Labs, and Research & Development Facilities. Product, material and process traceability are maintained internally for all raw materials and finished components. All parts in a production run must pass a rigorous inspection process before leaving our facility. Functional gauging of finished parts is encouraged to control quality and manufacturing cost. Material Certification and Certificate of Compliance are provided with orders as requested by the customer prior to the quoting process.
