At AVaTAR MedTech, we have developed a surgical method and a set of medical devices specifically designed to reconstruct the aortic or pulmonary valve in pediatric patients. The new valve is made of autologous tissue, is perfectly symmetrical and functional, and has also the ability to accommodate growth of pediatric patients. This innovative approach enables a straightforward and reproducible implantation procedure for the surgeon, while ensuring safety and good function of the new valve for the patient.
