Cresco Spine

Cresco Spine is a medical technology company founded in 2021, originating from the University Medical Center Utrecht in the Netherlands. The company focuses on developing innovative surgical therapies for scoliosis, particularly early onset scoliosis (EOS). Their main product, the Spring Distraction System (SDS™), is a spring-based dynamic distraction implant designed to work with standard posterior pedicle screw fixation. This system allows for continuous, three-dimensional spinal growth correction without the need for invasive lengthening surgeries.
