The program provides.... Standard hospital room equipment for people to use in their home such as, hospital type beds, over the bed tables, lift chairs, wheel chairs, bath and shower chairs and portable bathroom equipment, crutches, scooters and much more! When you need it.... Coming home from surgery? Suffering from an injury or illness that requires bed rest, crutches, a scooter or other medical equipment you don't have laying around in the garage? Where you need it.... The KC HELP will set it up in your home. If you need other furniture moved or disassembled, the KC HELP will help do that also. The costs.... Nothing! Yes that's right. There is no cost to you for the use of this equipment. KC HELP provides this service to the Community free of obligation. KC Help.... The Knights Community Hospital Equipment Lend Program (KC HELP) is a nonprofit 501 c(3) corporation that provides basic hospital type equipment needed for home convalescence to persons who lack the means to obtain such equipment. In the last 18 years, KC HELP has grown from serving six clients per month to over 200, helping over 12,000 people gain free access to much needed medical equipment in the greater Tri-Cities, WA region and beyond.
