Partec North America has been the regional office of Partec, GmbH, headquartered in Muenster, Germany since 2008. In 2013, Partec was purchased by Sysmex Corporation of Japan. Roy Overton, who was the founder and President of Partec North America is now the President of QuantaCyte Corporation, which sells and services flow cytometers and ploidy analyzers throughout the US and Canada.
